The Mesidor Pierre-Louis Law Fellowship

In Haiti, the word konbit is used to describe a community coming together to work towards a common goal. It is a powerful symbol of unity, cooperation, and mutual aid.

The Mesidor Pierre-Louis Law Fellowship Fundraiser is called Konbit because it embodies the same spirit of community cooperation. The fundraiser is an opportunity for people to come together to support the Mesidor Pierre-Louis Law Fellowship, which provides financial assistance to Haitian students pursuing higher education.

By donating to the Konbit, you are not only helping to support the next generation of employee advocates, but you are also joining a community of people who believe in the power of education to transform lives.

The Mesidor Pierre-Louis Law Fellowship is also part of Mesidor PLLC's three-pronged attack against discrimination and retaliation. The first prong is the accountability that we hold employers. The second is to educate the public to advocate for themselves through our social media platform. The third is through this fellowship that pays law school fees to those who commit 100% of their practice to representing employees in employment discrimination claims that complete the fellowship program.

Thank you for your support.
